With a receipt or other proof of purchase, you can return any undamaged, unopened product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, or you can exchange it for the price you paid in items or services of your choosing. If you do not have proof of purchase or your purchase fell outside the 30-day-window, you can exchange the item at the lowest price we sold it within the past 6 months. We will replace any defective item returned within 30 days, with a receipt, regardless of packaging.
If an event or service we offer is cancelled, your outstanding purchase will be refunded in full. With a receipt or other proof of purchase, you can return any event ticket for a full refund at any point prior to the event. Event entries that are not used are only eligible for a refund at the discretion of management and may not always result in a refund.
Shipping Policy
Under normal circumstances, we ship products within 48 hours of your order being placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment. We will ship with USPS, unless your order is over 50 lbs in which case we will ship with UPS. We charge for shipping based on the estimated actual cost to ship the contents of your order via the method you select. Event entries do not require any shipping so you will never be charged a shipping fee for signing up for an event. All event entries are for Pick Up In Store only.
